Together with Vendon, Senbee switches coworking coffee machine access on and off with a single tick — using the same NFC card people already use for the door and the printer.
The problem
Why a new employee gets created six times
Coffee, parking, printing, canteen, door access and meeting rooms usually reach a coworking space from six suppliers with six separate user databases. Every time a tenant company hires somebody, an office manager creates that person six times — and removes them six times when they leave.
Senbee manages the user once and pushes them out to the coffee machine, the printer, the access control and the canteen. That only works when suppliers can be reached from outside — and that is exactly where Vendon shines.

How it works
From one tick to a fresh cup
At Partnerhuset, a coworking space in Aarhus, tenant companies administer their own people. When someone is hired, the flow looks like this:

One tick in Senbee Connect
The tenant company's own administrator adds the new employee and ticks the coffee box.

Vendon Cloud API call
Senbee calls the Vendon Cloud API to create the user and assign an access group.

Pushed to the machine
Vendon Cloud pushes the permission to the vBox IoT device on the coffee machine.

The employee taps the same NFC card they already use for the door and the printer — no app, no second card, no email to the operator.

Telemetry & reporting
One coffee machine API, both directions
Users and permissions flow in from Senbee; cup logs, machine status and per-tenant consumption flow out. Every cup is logged with product, time and user group, so operators can see which drinks move and when the peaks fall — and each tenant company can account for its own coffee.
For UniPay Systems that became billing: each company on site is invoiced for its exact consumption instead of a flat or estimated figure. Per-tenant statistics are next on Senbee's build list.
What I like about Vendon is that it feels like a modern layer you can put on top of even older machines, like giving them new brains, without needing to replace the hardware itself.
